Guest Blog: Fit Family Fun by Crafty

Just a quick note from Mom:  Crafty has been working SO hard on this project! I promised to give her the opportunity to blog on it when she was finished. It was a ton of work including a presentation board and a binder with 59 pages (not even 1 more allowed!) of data and reflections. We were up late and she has to be at the high school at 5:45 AM. As a side note, these menus may or may not be attributed to a mom of 12...

Recently I have been working on a project called, "Fit Family Fun" for FCCLA's STAR Event competition. It has been a lot of work, but I know it's a good experience for me. The focus of the project is on improving our lifestyles. For the project, I had to track each member of my family's eating habits for one week. At the end of the week, I made a four-week meal plan and a four-week wellness plan. Here is an example of one of the summary reports from the week.
