REVIEW: Smile Brilliant Adult Probiotics

I knew my amazing Princess would be the perfect person to give Smile Brilliant's Adult Probiotics a try. She has always worried about good dental hygiene and she brushes her teeth religiously and has done ever since she was old enough to hold her own toothbrush.

Here is her story.

My whole life I have struggled with excessive plaque on my bottom front teeth. Something about the way they are in my mouth just creates build up. I figured it was just going to annoy me for my whole life, but there is actually a solution to this problem! It's a dental probiotic!

I've gotta be honest, I don't think I would have ever purchased this on my own, because I wasn't really sure if it would make any difference. But now, after trying it for a month, I'm really surprised with the noticeable changes! First off, way less plaque. Basically no visible gunkies on my teeth. It's amazing. I've also noticed my gums no longer bleed when I floss, which is huge for me. My gums got so bad during my pregnancies and I still hadn't recovered, until I started taking this probiotic. 

The probiotic also claims it will help improve bad breath. I didn't really notice a difference with this one, but I don't think bad breath is a frequent issue for me. That, or everyone around me is too polite to tell me so. It also says it will help your immune system, which is great, but not really something I can noticeably observe in just a month of use. 

I do have two (somewhat silly) issues with this product. First, it does not have a child proof lid. I know that's not an issue for many, but with my young kids I had to keep it out of reach, which meant I had to specifically remember to take it after brushing and sometimes I forgot. My second issue is it comes in a nice berry flavor. It really is quite nice, but you're supposed to take it directly after brushing and I didn't like the mix of my minty toothpaste with the berry. (Smile Brilliant, you might want to take note of that!)

So, if you struggle with some of the same dental issues as me, I would recommend purchasing Smile Brilliant Dental Probiotic. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked in as little as a month.
