Guest Blog: Christmas Letter 2021 by Princess

December 2021

To be honest, this year was a blur! We had several vacations we had to cancel, but we were able to spend a couple days in Vernal seeing the dinosaurs, and St. George… also seeing some dinosaurs I guess. We took the kids camping for the first time and they did surprisingly well!

The Frog graduated from BYU at the beginning of the year. He loves his job and it treats him well. He has been busy with lots of little house projects. Most recently, he replaced our garage door opener.
Princess does lots of crafting and taking care of kids. She also got a Kindle this year and has spent many nights reading far longer than she should.

Tadpole started preschool this year and he loves it. He wants to be an engineer when he grows up, and he has a very scientific mind. Seriously, that kid already knows more than Mom & Dad in some areas. We wouldn’t have been able to raise him without Google.

Polliwog is very active. For a while, he would run around jumping and shouting “paror!” (parkour) but now he just treats the world like his jungle gym while screaming. He also loves to sing. Ask him to sing “Last Christmas” for you. It’s adorable!
Duchess has really come alive in the last few months. She gives the best hugs (she even pats your back and hums during it). She also is super bashful in a very flirty way. She melts everyone’s heart in the grocery store.

The three kids have become dear friends and it’s amazing to see. We have made an effort to try and give the kids one on one time, but they aren’t too interested in it these days. Siblings are much more fun than Mom and Dad!
Happy Holidays! May the new year bring you health and happiness!

Really love your Christmas letter, Princess. It's fun to see photos of the kids and I enjoyed reading it all.
Blessings and hugs!
