Bossy was well into the 2nd trimester and it looked like our little fighter was going to make it in spite of all the odds. Then Bossy called me from the hospital...
Oliver Dallas would be laid to rest next to his big brother, Calder.
It was a bitter cold day. We spent half an hour inside the funeral home before moving to the burial site.
My sweetie gave a beautiful dedication of the grave.
Several others spoke, but perhaps the most touching were 3-year-old Skittles's words spoken with a smile, "Baby sleeping."
Then Gamer placed the tiny casket in the frozen ground.
Til we meet again, sweet boy.

I'm so sad to hear this. Losing a baby is so hard. Their little casket is so tiny. It brought back some memories. Losing two of these precious ones makes it even harder. My daughter had a baby buried in Texas. We recently lost our 22-year-old grandson in a horrific truck, semi accident on October 29th. I'm still struggling with this one. Grieving is hard.
Sending loving thoughts, hugs and prayers for you Bossy, Gamer and all the family!
