St George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm

Remember Curly's baseball tournament last week? His first game on Thursday didn't start until 3:00, so we had plenty of time to kill in the morning. My sweetie suggested a museum he had seen a few times, but never had a chance to visit, Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm.
My sweetie had some work to do, so Curly and I set out on this adventure by ourselves. The museum was built on an actual site where many fossils were discovered in an ancient seabed.
They had some interesting interactive exhibits. Curly has never been a huge dinosaur fan although he is an excellent student and he is always interested in learning new things.
They even have actual paleontologists working behind glass. We watched one unearthing a fish until the social distancing requirement forced us to give up our spot to someone else.
My favorite part was the circular boardwalk suspended about 5 feet above the actual seabed and real fossils.
The murals were awesome too!! It was definitely a great way to spend an hour or two.

This looks like such a great museum to visit. You do great activities with the kids.
Blessings and hugs!
