Are you all ready for Christmas? I was talking to a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago and she was giving high-fives over the fact that she was done, gifts were wrapped and delivered... basically she could sit around and enjoy the holidays.
My problem is that I LIKE a little of the frazzled, crazy last-minute stuff. I want a few things that still need to be wrapped on Christmas Eve. When I don't have them I just think I need to do more shopping. Like last night, after Prima Donna's band concert, I told my sweetie that since I haven't been feeling well most of the week, I didn't know if I would get time to finish my homemade pajama pants for the kids. So we headed to Kohl's to buy each child a backup pair.
I don't know how they can sell things so cheap there...sometimes it's almost like they are giving them away! I bought some jeans for me at just over $2 a pair. Some cute, cute shirts that included a cami underneath were $1.50, as was the sparkling peach-colored sweater. And if you aren't big like me and wondering about your sizes, we also bought size 1 jeans for Princess for the same price.
At our Kohl's they had way more girl stuff than boy, but we still managed to pull a few things off the rack that the boys will love. All of the clearance in our store is an extra 25% off of the reduced price. Seriously, if you still need Christmas gifts or even if you just want a couple more things to wrap on Christmas Eve, try Kohl's.
**I didn't receive any compensation from Kohl's for writing this post...how could they pay me? They obviously aren't making anything on this one!**

Oh man, I'm so ready for Christmas already! About two weeks ago I sat down, wrapped every gift that I needed to wrap, put them under the tree (probably our last year for a while being able to leave presents laying around without fear of little ones opening them), or hidden away if they belong in a stocking. I also made sure that same day that gifts going out to families were shipped, or at least ordered from Amazon and getting shipped straight to family members!
I just about had a panic attack last night when we were planning meals for next week when I realized I hadn't picked up a ham yet, and it's going to be crazy to find one the right size for us at a price that won't kill me!
You mention Kohls a lot, I haven't been there much. We didn't have one nearby at all when I was growing up so it isn't a store I'm familiar with, therefore not one that I think about going to. I know there is one about 6 miles down the road, and that isn't too bad. I'll tdefinitely have to investigate our Kohls once we find out the gender!
I hope your family has a very Merry Christmas! I can't wait to hear all about it!

I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas!
