So remember yesterday when I posted about our new and improved park strip? I wrote that post about 1:30 AM, so it was dark outside. Of course my Little Bro couldn't let that one go without a picture. And he is 100% right and I knew he would ask, so this morning when I was coming back from Sport's National Junior Honor Society Induction, I snapped a shot from the porch.You can see what happened.
Those beautiful trees also make some pretty amazing shade and you can't even see the mulch. But you can almost see Sport in this pic from the back of the Kiva while he is receiving his certificate and handshake from the Vice Principal, so that has to be worth something.

Congratulations to Sport for his acheivment; that's awesome. I love the beautiful shady trees. I wish we had some in our backyard.
