A New Curfew

I know you were all very excited to hear from me tonight, but I only have 5 minutes to write this post. Teach has instituted a new curfew for herself, the Dog Walker, and me! That curfew is at 12:30 and it's looming pretty close right now.

I guess I could refuse to follow her new edict, but honestly, it's probably a good thing. I have been so tired lately. Last night I finally fell into bed at 2:30 and was awake again at 6:30 and even though I tried to grab another hour during the morning hours, it just isn't that good of sleep.

All last week my sleep schedule was way too short. It started out like this...4 hours on Monday, 5 1/2 on Tuesday, 3 on Wednesday, and finally on Thursday I got 6 1/2. I'm just not one of those people who can get by on 4 hours a night. I get cranky and ornery and not nearly as productive.

And so my five minutes are up and I'm heading off to beddy-bye. I just have to condition myself that when I head for bed, that means bed. I can't pick up dirty laundry or gather up a scattered backpack. I have to avoid the dishes in the sink and the laundry to be folded. All those things will still be there for me when I get up. I will just be able to face them with a little better attitude...maybe...

If you get some rest and sleep you will be able to get what you consider your tasks as a Mom and Wife done, with a rested body and mind it can only be good, Your Teach has the right idea, sleep is absolutely necessary for one to be able to maintain one's body and mind for the next day! Didn't you have penumonia well you need to rest a lot and sleep will continue to heal you..good for your daughter TEACH it will help you to get much much better. take care sweet lady, you deserve the sleep and rest, it recuperates a person's body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
