Fried

I remember way, way back when I was in school. It's been 25 years since I graduated with my MA from Utah State University. Finals weeks were so hard! My brain would literally hurt for days.

I haven't experienced that kind of brain exhaustion that I can recall since then...until now.

The Dog Walker just finished and submitted his last final. It's 3:25 in the AM. This is the third night in a row of these sorts of hours and guess what!? It's also my week to run the carpool!

That means falling into bed around 3:30 and shaking myself awake at 6:30 to get the kids up for school. I'm not as young as I used to be. Even 15 years ago when I was working full time if we had a proposal, it was typical for us to pull an all-nighter just to get the documents out on time.

I just can't seem to do it any more. I need to rest.

So I'm sorry for this whiny post. I do have some fun things to write about like the concerts for my elementary kids this week...pictures from Teach in the mission field...

I promise to get you something better tomorrow, OK?

I just gotta get some zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

You know, I don't think anyone will judge you if you give the blog a rest for a couple nights. :) You need to get as much sleep as you can to keep up!

I am amazed you don't need a nap everyday. I think if I had your schedule and children I would be exhausted. You are so awesome.
Blessings and hugs!
