Last week when I was on vacation, I was contacted about a fun event that starts today in Utah. It is called The Amazing Utah History Hunt. Basically the way it works is that you visit a minimum of 3 of the sites listed as Amazing! and at the first one you pick up a past-port and have it stamped. Once you have collected 3 stamps you can take the past-port to any Utah Barnes & Noble location and redeem it for a small prize.They will also enter you into a prize drawing with some pretty cool stuff.Yeah, you guessed it, free books! Only one person will win the grand prize which is lunch with authors Carol Lynch Williams and Cheri Pray Earl, along with an autographed set of the Just in Time books 1 - 3.
And 10 winners won't get lunch, but they will get an autographed set of the books!
But the real prize is getting to spend time with your family discovering some awesome sites we have right here in Utah and most of them are free!So plan your field trips and start hunting! Look for us in our blog shirts, because we are planning to discover some of these sites as well. If you spot us, just let me know and we will throw in a little extra prize just for you!
