I think Mom has been asking me to guest blog for her, just because she's still tired after grieving over my dad's passing. Even I have been grieving over it as well. I called in from work that day my dad died, just because I only get three days of bereavement for the year. Anyway, throughout that day, Beauty and The Beast came by to help mom with the funeral plans, like assigning pallbearers, and The Beast was assigned to write and then read the obituary. Mom will tell you all about that when it's ready. We were glad that Beauty stopped by to fill in the papers and to learn more about Dad's family history. The funeral will be held on the 10th of September, the day of their 42nd wedding anniversary. Mom's glad that she had not only been married to Dad in this life, but also sealed for eternity. So someday, she'll see him again, as well as all the rest of us.
