Museum Trees and Silk Flowers

Last summer I was approached by a company to do a blog review for them on their collection of Silk Flowers. I had always wanted a hanging basket on my porch, so I readily agreed. We picked out a basket filled with red geraniums and made our request.

When the package arrived a few days later, I was a bit skeptical. How could a flower arrangement fit is such a small box? I was pleasantly surprised to pull out a full, beautiful grouping that just needed a little tweaking before it was ready.

Flash forward to this summer...

Museum Trees again made contact with me over a new blog promotion. I was honestly tempted to get something different, but I wanted to see if the old flowers still looked as good as the new ones.

They might not have been perfect, but they were close. The old flowers had faded slightly and their branches had dropped into an easy, natural pose. The new ones were a little more stiff, but I'm sure that after Drama Queen has a few minutes to shape them, they will look great as well.

My only complaint with the flowers is that the strings to hang it are braided, but they are still not strong enough to withstand Utah windstorms. Finally, we tied back that original piece of string and it is still holding.

Now you know I like to save you money, so of course I have a coupon code for you. Just enter BLOGGER10 when prompted. And last, but not least, don't forget to give me a shout out when you place your order. I would love to see your pics!

**I received this product for my open and honest review.**
