Festival of Lights

One of our favorite Christmas traditions was started by my Grandma Benson many years ago. She always loved and appreciated Christmas lights, and I'm sure she never missed an opportunity to see Spanish Fork 's Festival of Lights. Even when she stopped driving that far, Grandma would sign up for the Senior Citizen bus and make the trip. I remember the year they added the birds that flapped their wings. She was fascinated by the technology and she pointed them out every year afterward. My kids all love this park and it was even more beautiful on Monday night with all the new-fallen snow.
