A Good Evening

Tonight was one of those nights when it's just fun to be a mom. I went with Scout to the awards evening for Reflections. Her Theater entry and Crafty's are both advancing to Region. She was so cute to watch while they played her movie on the big screen for everyone to see!

After that we had dinner and then headed out for ice cream at Menchie's and a look at Christmas lights. The kids had fun dancing and playing in the city square (and jumping off the benches) although anyone driving by probably thought we were idiots! I'll let you judge for yourself.
